The most common bills that we pay are utility bills (gas, water, electricity, internet, etc) and car registrations (including CTP green slip renewals), but we will take a look at vet bills, medical bills, educational bills, dental fees, and more! Almost any Australian bill can be deferred, provided all the information that we need is given. This includes the payment details, bill amount, and due date. There are a select handful of bills that we are not able to support, including rent or accommodation, or credit contracts (such as loan or debt repayments). As we are a budgeting tool, we also do not take care of any discretionary expenses, including the purchase of retail goods or travel.
If you are unsure whether your bill will be accepted, you are always welcome to reach out to our Customer Heroes. You could also go ahead and upload your bill onto your account so that it can be reviewed by our team. You will always receive a notification with any updates that we have regarding your bill, letting you know whether it’s been accepted, or if we are not able to support your bill.
