There are certain situations in which we are unable to offer the service. This extends to anyone that is currently in bankruptcy, has a debt agreement, or has had recent defaults. When you first go to upload a bill, we check your credit history to make sure we are able to defer your bills. If you are currently unable to defer bills with us, please get in touch when the situation has been resolved and we can review and set up your account!
