Your email and your password don't match:
If you are receiving this error message when you are trying to sign in, start by doublechecking that your email and password are correct and free of any typos. You will need to use the email address that is verified to your Deferit account.
If you have doublechecked this and you're still not having any luck, then try resetting your password.
If you're on the app:
Head to your Login button and enter in your email address and password. If you've forgotten your password, just hit Forgot your password? to get a password reset email sent to your inbox!
From here, log into your email to find and view our email that should look something like the image below. By following the prompts you will be able to reset your password!
If you're on the website:
Select Forgot your password? from the login page and enter in your email address to get the reset password link sent to your inbox. From here, just follow the same steps above to get your password reset!
If your email address is no longer in use, you cannot access it or if you cannot remember what email address is verified to your account, just get in touch with us by completing our support form here and we will sort it out for you!

If you are receiving this error message when you are trying to log in please check that you are on the right page. Make sure that you're on the Login page, which is different to the Get started or Sign up pages.
Please note, we can only support 1 account per user, so if you already have an account with us you will need to stick with this account. If you need any of your details updated though, just get in touch and our Customer Heroes will fix your account up for you!
