We take the first payment on the day we pay your bill. The remaining three payments are scheduled every fortnight after that first payment. Before submitting a deferral, you receive an overview of the amounts and dates of your payments. This includes our monthly fee in your first payment (if you haven't already paid one this month) and a $1.50 bill management fee on each repayment you make to Deferit (Platform Fee).
You can change the scheduled dates of your payments by up to a fortnight any time when you log into your account.
