When we pay a bill for you, we need to see the bill’s details including the due date, the total amount due on the bill, and the payment details. To get your bill processed as soon as possible, ensure that the full photo(s) or PDF of your bill is clear and that these important details are not missing.
Start by checking that these details are clearly visible on your bill:
- Total amount of the bill
- Due date
- Payment method (e.g. BPAY biller code and reference number; bank transfer details; website URL to the biller’s online payment page etc.)
For some bills, we require additional information to pay. For example, if you are trying to defer your vehicle registration or CTP insurance, we may also need to see:
- CTP certificate number
- Registration plate number
- Policy number
- Account number
- Insurance option you choose
All the above information is visible on my bill but I am still having trouble.
